Women's Series
Jack McDonough
We are moving the Jack McDonough Memorial from Metcalfe-Redesdale (27 Aug).
The event will now be 17 Sept at BROADFORD STATE MOTORCYCLE COMPLEX - ROAD CIRCUIT.
This venue and circuit is ABSOLUTE GOLD CLASS.
If you haven't raced Broadford, make sure you mark this date in your calendar now. It is wide, smooth, safe and, to the surprise of many, NOT Flat.
Hawthorn Trophy Race -- CANCELLED
Due to low registration numbers, this race has been cancelled. All entered riders will be offered free entry to the Alf Walker Memorial.
Jack Wood Memorial
The Jack Wood Memorial Celebrates the life of Coburg Cycling Club member Jack Wood, who took his own life after a battle with mental illness.
The Jack Wood will now be a Kermesse to be held at Broadford State Motorcycle Complex on the freshly re-surfaced road race circuit.
2.1km of super smooth, super wide goodness.
Date will also now be Sunday 24th to avoid a clash with Euroa Crit.
Registration from 9am, first riders off at 10am
Women's series points accrue for all female participants, and especially the top 8 female placings.

Hell of the West (Combine Championships)
The Hell of the West doubles as our Combine Championships. This course has so many aspects which means that it could be anybody's day depending on how the race unfolds. Please note that the main climb is very steep for over 1k - you will need at least a 39-28 gearing ratio, but even then some people still end up walking.
There are different length races for the grades, so check EB for course details. Video from last year
